Phase 1 Discovery & Feasibility
We begin by understanding the project goals, site conditions, zoning, budget, and timeline. This stage confirms whether the project is practical and aligned with long-term objectives.
Phase 2 Design & Planning
Architectural concepts are developed into detailed plans. This includes site planning, floor plans, engineering input, and coordination to meet local codes and project goals.
Phase 3 Budgeting & Financing
A detailed construction budget is established, and financing is secured. This phase ensures the project is financially sound before moving forward.
Phase 4 Contracts & Permitting
Construction agreements are finalized, and all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. This step prepares the project for a smooth and compliant build.
Phase 5 Construction
Site work begins, followed by foundation, framing, mechanical systems (MEP), and interior and exterior finishes. The project is managed closely to maintain quality, budget, and schedule.
Phase 6 Completion & Handover
Final inspections are completed, punch-list items are addressed, and the project is delivered. Ownership, documentation, and warranties are transferred, and the space is ready for occupancy.
